Food trucks, live music, and lawn games are back for a tenth summer of fun in Lewis County! Food Truck Fridays is a vibrant community event that celebrates summer, diverse cuisine, and family-friendly entertainment.

Vendor Registration
To participate in any Food Truck Fridays events in 2026, please complete the below form in full. Food Truck Fridays is a placemaking initiative by Naturally Lewis, Inc. to bring our community together and establish resident pride-in-place.
All food truck vendors MUST complete this form in full by May 1, 2026. Following the submission of the form, Naturally Lewis, Inc. will connect with vendors for additional information, including insurance and payment.
Why Does Visibility Matter?
Visibility encompasses both a physical and digital presence, branding, advertising, and community involvement. By strategically focusing on enhancing visibility across these areas, businesses and organizations can increase their exposure, attract new customers, and ultimately drive growth and success in our communities, benefiting residents and visitors alike in Lewis County.

Who?
Food Truck Fridays is a placemaking event hosted by Naturally Lewis, Inc. and held at various parks around Lewis County, NY. 2026 locations are still being finalized, with the goal to host an event in each of the below communities:
- Lowville, NY
- Castorland, NY
- Lyons Falls, NY
What?
Food Truck Fridays consists of food truck vendors (local or regional), live music, lawn games, and a family-friendly atmosphere. The event is promoting community and providing a safe, fun atmosphere for families and community members to enjoy food truck speciality food and live music on a Friday evening.

- $30/Event for Naturally Lewis Members
- $50/Event for non-members

Why Do We Need Volunteers?
Naturally Lewis, Inc., is a non-profit organization dedicated to championing the growth of a community where people want to live, work, build business and play. To bring our community together in a fun and meaningful way, we created Food Truck Fridays. However, none of this would be possible without the support of volunteers like you.
The more support we have, the more successful and enjoyable our events will be. Join us in making a positive impact and helping our community thrive by filling out the form below.
All volunteers MUST complete this form in full by June 1, 2026 in order to recieve a free t-shirt.
Tabling Registration
Who can table at Food Truck Friday?
Naturally Lewis, Inc. believes that partnerships are what make a community strong. That said, we welcome all non-profit organizations based in Lewis County to join us at any of our Food Truck Friday events.
All organizations are responsible for bringing their own tables and chairs. Please also note that the space is not covered, so organizations are encouraged to bring a tent. Promotional materials and giveaways are also encouraged.
All non-profit organizations MUST complete this form in full by June 1, 2026.
Insurance & DOH Permit:
All vendors must provide a current Certificate of Liability (two seperate forms for each location) and an up-to-date Department of Health Permit. Please list the following on your insurance:
